Diploma in Engineering is a Regular Diploma program, designed for students successfully completing their 10th. This course is conducted by government and private polytechnic colleges in India. It is a fully job oriented course after 10th. The course is spread over a time duration of 3 Years. The average course fee charged for this course is ₹20,000 to ₹2 Lacs varying across institutes.
To get admission in this course the student should have completed 10th with 60% marks in Mathematics and Science but some institutes have 40% of minimum eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates will get admission on the basis of their marks in the 10th board exam or their performance in a relevant entrance exam conducted by the state board.
