The minimum qualification required to join B.Tech course in India is:

  • The student must pass Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. 
  • The student who have scored more than 50% of marks in class 12th are eligible for B.Tech admission. However, Their is a relaxation of 5% in the minimum qualification marks for reserved categories such as SC/ ST.
  • For some of the engineering streams like Biomedical Engineering, students must have studied Biology as one of the subjects in Class 12.
